Cooking Classes

Percorsi con Gusto offers cookery courses both for individualsand groups using different  solutions,also customised ones.

The courses are held in a Seventeenth Century residence located in the main square of the medieval town of San Gemini in Umbria.

Lorena, the owner of the residence, was trained of the Alma academy International School of Italian Cuisine fuonded and managed by the famous Italian chef Gualtiero Marchesi)

Special attention will be paid to the basic techniques of italian cuisine, such as the preparation of hand -made pasta, sheets of pasta, dressing,sauces.., Italian pastry

The subject of lessons may be agreed on each time based on the preferences of the guests, ranging through the entire menu of our cuisine:

Starters

First courses with meat or fish

Second courses with meat or fish

Vegetables

Dessert( with a special attention paid to the the Neapoletan tradition)

Once the lesson is finish, the guest can sit in a dining roomwhich one time was a  Franciscan convent, in order to taste what they have just prepared with their own hands.

During the dinner the dishes will be accompanied by excellent Umbrian Wines
